We respect your right to control your data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our servers, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Delete My Account"
• In the body of the email, include:
  • App name (e.g., Duel Forge: Card Worlds)
  • Display name or email address associated with your account
• We will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. You must reply to confirm the deletion — this ensures no one else can delete your account
• Once confirmed, your account will be deleted within 30 days

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account profile (display name, email, hashed password)
• Multiplayer match history and Elo rating
• Authentication tokens
• Any guest account identifiers linked to your device

What Data Is NOT Stored on Our Servers

The following data is stored only on your device and is not affected by account deletion. You can delete it by uninstalling the app:

• Player profiles, saved decks, and campaign progress
• In-game currency balances (gold, dust)
• Settings and preferences
• Unlocked cards and achievements

In-App Purchases

World unlock purchases are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting your account does not affect your purchase history. You can restore purchases at any time through the app using the "Restore Purchases" option.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated gameplay statistics (such as match outcomes used for game balance) that cannot be linked back to you. No personally identifiable information is retained.
