This privacy policy applies to all apps, games, and services published by Great Dane Code LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data.

• Account information — If you create an account for online features (multiplayer), we may collect your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password. You may also sign in with Apple or Google, in which case we receive only the information those services provide (typically name and email).
• Guest accounts — If you use online features without creating an account, we generate an anonymous identifier tied to your device. No personal information is collected.
• Device identifiers — We may collect a hashed, non-reversible device identifier solely for guest authentication and fraud prevention.
• Purchase data — If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We may receive a purchase confirmation and product identifier to unlock content, but we never see or store your payment information.
• Gameplay data — We may collect anonymous gameplay statistics (such as matches played and outcomes) to improve game balance.
• Analytics data — We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Firebase) to understand how our apps are used. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

2. Local Storage

Player profiles, saved decks, campaign progress, settings, and in-game currency balances are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you use online features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services (multiplayer matchmaking, leaderboards, account management)
• To process and verify in-app purchases
• To improve game balance and fix bugs
• To communicate with you about your account (if you provide an email)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or files from your device
• We do not access your microphone or camera
• We do not sell your data to anyone

5. Advertising

Our apps do not contain third-party advertising. We do not use ad tracking or share data with ad networks.

6. In-App Purchases

Our games may offer in-app purchases to unlock additional content. These are one-time, non-consumable purchases processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not handle or store any payment information. Our games also contain virtual currencies earned through gameplay only — these cannot be purchased with real money.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — Third-party services that help us operate (hosting, analytics), bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements — If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

8. Data Storage and Security

When you use online features, your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and secure password hashing. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

• Access — Contact us to request a copy of your data
• Delete — Contact us and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days
• Opt out — You can use our apps entirely offline without creating an account

11. Third-Party Services

Our apps may interact with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Apple Sign-In
• Google Play Store / Google Sign-In
• Google Firebase (analytics)

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
